Return and Exchange Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the details below.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Return Policy: Returns are refunded as either full store credit or bank transfers with a Rs. 200 deduction.

• Exchange Policy: Customers are allowed up to two exchanges per order. The first exchange is free, while a Rs. 200 reverse pickup fee applies if a second exchange is requested.

Return Policy

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

• In its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

• Communicated for return within 3 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed as:

• Store Credit (full refund) OR

• Bank Transfer (Rs. 200 deduction per return request).

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is received in an unacceptable condition/ quality check or if the request is made after 3 days.

• Items purchased on sale or which are discounted are NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds but can be exchanged.

• If COD - both store credit and bank refund are possible

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is not accepted if the item has been washed or worn.

• Only unused and undamaged products with original packaging and intact tags are eligible for exchange.

• Size and product exchanges are available.

• Customers are allowed up to two exchanges per order.

• Steps for exchange:

1. Email us at teameververe@gmail.com or +919910013899 with your order number and exchange details.

2. We will share the return address if approved; reverse pickup charges of Rs.200 will be charged on second exchange only.

3. Once received, we will confirm the new size/style.

• If change of style, pre-payment option only - same value/ higher

• The exchanged product will be shipped to you at no additional courier charge.

• In case of an exchange, we also provide store credit.
